Christine teaches, lectures, and judges in the US, Canada, the UK, Europe, and the Middle East. She has also lectured in New Zealand, and is the British coordinator for the World Quilt and Textile competition. Her quilts have won awards in Britain and the US, and she has been a fabric consultant to the Woodrow Studios.
Christine has been able to combine her twin loves of historic architecture and quilting by exploring designs that occur in both ancient floor tiles and traditional quilt blocks. Her first book, Quilt Designs from Decorative Floor Tiles was published in 2003, followed by Tessellation Quilts in 2006. Both translate interesting traditional patterns into quilts. Her new book Viva Venezia! based on Venetian floor tile designs was published in June 2009 by C&T Publishing.

She has made three DVDs: Let's Get Started: Basic Patchwork Techniques, From Fabric to Quilt: An Inspirational Journey, and Borders, Bindings & Finishing Touches.
